Judy Crane moved to Red Bluff in 1958. She married Wes in 1991 after losing her husband, John Fletcher. Judy raised four sons, who also live in Red Bluff. Together, Judy and Wes have a total of seven sons and two daughters, and twenty two grandchildren.

Judy started cooking meals for the shelter; then worked as a staff worker at the shelters. Later, she was involved with the men's transitional housing as a monitor and laundering the bedding for the transitional housing clients. Judy also, has helped in various fund raiser events. She loves people of all ages and teaches Sunday school in church. Judy was invited to join the PATH board of directors and now serves as one of the board members.
